Ordering Christmas Tree Delivery
How do I get a real Christmas tree delivered?
Text us your address, the day you want the tree and whether you want it dropped off or set up inside. Dana sends photos of real, numbered trees from the lot with the type, height and price. You pick one, we confirm the total, you pay, and your tree gets tagged with your order number. Hanniel delivers it on your day. See every step.
Do I get the exact tree from the photo?
Yes. Every tree Dana photographs has a number. The one you pick is tagged with your order number after payment and set aside in the holding area marked PAID. When Hanniel loads the van he matches every tag to its order, so tree #37 is the tree that shows up.
Can I order without texting?
Yes. Fill out the order form or call us. Texting is just the easiest way to get photos back and forth, so most orders end up there anyway.
When should I order?
Earlier is better. The first weeks of the season have the most trees to choose from, and weekends in early December are the first delivery days to fill up. We hold your tree once it's paid, so ordering early doesn't mean it sits in your living room early. More on timing.
Can I get a Christmas tree delivered last minute?
Ask us. Text your address and the day you want, and we'll tell you the soonest open delivery window on the route. Early December weekends book up first, so the sooner you ask, the more days you can choose from.
When do I pay?
After Dana confirms everything: your tree, address, setup choice, stand, any stairs or access notes, the full total and your delivery window. You pay once that's all agreed. Nothing is charged before you know the final number.
Do Christmas tree lots deliver?
Some do. We're a delivery service working from a partner tree lot in Glendale: Dana photographs the trees there, you pick yours by number, and Hanniel brings it to your door or sets it up inside.
Christmas Tree Delivery Prices
How much does Christmas tree delivery cost in Los Angeles?
Doorstep delivery is $98 within 5 driving miles of the Glendale lot and $148 from 5 to 10 miles. Delivery with inside setup is $198 and $248. The tree itself is priced separately and depends on its type and height. Full price list.
Is the tree included in the delivery price?
No. You pay for the tree you pick plus one delivery price. Dana sends each tree's price with its photo, so you see it before you choose. Total = tree + stand (if you need one) + delivery + any extra we quoted.
Can you deliver my tree with a stand?
Yes. Add a stand and it comes with your tree: $40 for trees up to 6 ft, $55 for trees up to 8 ft and $70 for trees up to 10 ft. We match the stand to your tree's height and trunk. If you already have a good stand, use it.
Are there any extra charges?
Only for stairs, tight access, a tree over 7 ft, or an address more than 10 driving miles away. We always quote the extra before you pay, never at the door.
Do I pay for delivery and setup separately?
No. Setup already includes delivery, so you pay one of the four delivery prices, not two. $198 or $248 covers bringing the tree, carrying it in and setting it up.
Should I tip for Christmas tree delivery?
That's up to you. Your quoted total already covers the delivery, and the setup if you chose it, so nothing extra is due at the door.
Christmas Tree Delivery & Setup
What's included in inside setup?
We lay down floor protection, carry the tree in, put it in its stand, get it straight, fill the stand with water and sweep up the needles before we leave. It covers trees up to 7 ft. More on setup.
What happens with doorstep drop-off?
We bring your tree to your front door and leave it there. You take it from there: carry it in and put it in your stand. It's the cheaper option if you have a couple of helpers and an easy front door. More on drop-off.
Do I need to be home?
For inside setup, yes, someone needs to let us in. For doorstep drop-off, tell us when you order. We agree the delivery window ahead of time and text when the crew is on the way.
Can you carry a tree up stairs or into an apartment?
Yes. Stairs and tight access add a small charge, and we quote it before you pay. If you're in a building, check whether you need to book the elevator or tell the front desk, and let us know when you order.
Will you take a photo at delivery?
Only if you're OK with it. We like to snap a quick delivery photo so you, and we, know the tree arrived where it should.
Do you deliver tall Christmas trees?
Yes. A tree over 7 ft adds a small extra charge, quoted before you pay, and our stands fit trees up to 10 ft. Tell Dana your ceiling height when you order and she'll help you pick a tree that fits. Size guide.
Real Christmas Trees
What kind of Christmas trees do you deliver?
Noble fir and Douglas fir, plus potted trees with roots. Noble firs have open, layered branches that hold heavy ornaments. Douglas firs are full and bushy with soft needles. All natural green. Compare them.
Do you deliver live Christmas trees?
Yes, both kinds. Fresh-cut Noble firs and Douglas firs, and potted trees with roots that can go outside after the holidays. All natural green and never flocked. Ask for potted when you order and Dana sends photos and prices.
Do you sell flocked trees?
No. All our trees are natural green with no flocking.
What size Christmas tree should I get?
Measure your ceiling and leave room for the stand and your topper. For an 8 ft ceiling, most people are happy with a 6 to 7 ft tree. Width matters too, so measure the floor space. Our size guide walks through it.
How do I keep a real Christmas tree fresh in LA?
Water it every day, especially the first week, and never let the stand run dry. Keep it away from heaters, fireplaces and hot sunny windows. LA air is dry in December, and Santa Ana winds make it drier. Tree care tips.

Does the city pick up Christmas trees in LA?
Yes, if you do the prep. The City of Los Angeles collects bare, real trees with green-bin pickup: take off the stand, lights and decorations, then cut the tree to fit in the green bin or lay it whole at the curb next to it. Glendale collects trees on your regular pickup day too. Check your city's page for this season's details. Our pickup is for when you'd rather we handle all of it.
What should I do before you pick up the tree?
Take off the lights, ornaments and tinsel. Tell us about stairs or tight access, and have someone home if the tree is inside.
