Walk-ups, courtyards and towers in the flats
A lot of Hollywood's apartment stock dates to the 1920s building boom. Many of those buildings are walk-ups: two or three stories, a narrow stairwell, no elevator. Between them you'll find courtyard bungalow complexes, Spanish-style duplexes and fourplexes, and a newer crop of mid-rise and high-rise apartments around Hollywood & Vine and along Sunset Blvd.

Curb space is the other half of the story. Many Hollywood blocks have permit parking, and by evening the curbs are full, so unloading means a short stop wherever there's room. Hanniel texts when the crew is on the way, which gives you a minute to come down, prop the lobby door or point us to the right entrance.
In a walk-up, delivery with setup is the option where we bring the tree up and put it in the stand, straight and watered. Stairs are a small extra charge, always quoted before you pay.
