Under a standard 8 ft ceiling, a 6 to 7 ft tree leaves room for the stand and a topper.

The busy part is Glendale Blvd and Los Feliz Blvd, where the shops and restaurants are. Weekend parking along Glendale Blvd fills up, and December weekends are no exception. If you live in an apartment or duplex near the boulevard, tell Dana where the van can pull in, and if your unit is upstairs or in back.

Being close doesn't change the booking side, though: the season runs through December, early December weekends book up first, and ordering early gets you the best pick of the trees.
