Short version: we use your details to deliver your tree, and that's it.

What we collect
When you text, call, email or use the order form, we receive what you send: your name, phone number, delivery address, preferred date, tree and setup choices, notes about access, and your email if you give it.
How we use it
To send you tree photos, quote your total, take payment, plan the delivery route and contact you about your order. With your permission we may take a photo of the delivered tree. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists.
Who sees it
Hanniel and Dana, and any crew member delivering your tree. If you use the order form, it is sent to us by email through our form provider. Payment details are handled by the payment provider you use, not stored by us.
How long we keep it
We keep order details for the season and as long as needed for our records and taxes. Ask us and we'll delete what we don't have to keep.
This website
This site doesn't use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.
