It helps a lot to know all of this ahead of time. When you order, tell Dana how the van gets in: whether there's a gate and how it opens, how long and steep the driveway is, and how many steps lead to the door. If the access means extra carrying, there's a small extra charge, and it's always quoted before you pay.
With drop-off, the tree is left at your door. With setup, it goes all the way to the room where it will stand, which matters a lot more when the front door is a long way from the street.
